Take 1 sachet daily, 1 hour before bedtime. To be poured directly into the mouth and swallowed with or without water.
Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose. Taking too much may cause a laxative effect.
Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Best before see bottom of box.
Store in a cool dry place.
