Omega Liquid Information

Children’s’ Omega 3 is a natural orange flavoured liquid omega 3 fish oil for heart, brain, and vision support.

It has been especially formulated for children but it is also suitable for all the family.

It is a concentrated source of the essential omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.

DHA and EPA together contribute to the maintenance of normal brain function, the maintenance of normal vision and the normal function of the heart.  

To get this beneficial effect, a daily intake of 250mg DHA and 250mg EPA is required.   This is achieved in a childrens’ dose of ½ a teaspoon (2.5ml).  

The fish we use are sustainably sourced which means they are fished in sustainable fisheries which are certified by Friends of the Sea, a leading certification standard for products and services which respect and protect the marine environment. 

It is an easy to take liquid with natural flavour to reduce the ‘fishy’ aftertaste.    

It is free from artificial colours and colours.
